ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any delays or issues with your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping charges are calculated weight based and customer location. Weight of product is calculated on two terms, either product's dead weight or volumetric weight, which ever is higher.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We do our best to estimate delivery times accurately, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online and check its delivery status.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
